U13s EFL Cup

On Thursday 17th October, the U13s competed in the annual EFL cup at the AT7 centre, organised by Sky Blues in the Community.

During the group stages of the competition, the U13s played both Sidney Stringer and Cardinal Wiseman School, beating both with ease and without conceding a single goal.

The U13s then went on to play Ernesford Grange in the semi-final.

The girls played exceptionally well and demonstrated a high level of skill throughout their performance, resulting in another easy win and clean sheet, securing their place in the final of the competition.

President Kennedy School will face West Coventry Academy at St Andrews, the home of Birmingham City FC, in the final.

The winners will go on to represent Coventry in a bid to reach the regional finals, with the ultimate prize being the chance to play the grand final at Wembley stadium.

Congratulations to all involved on an outstanding performance, we wish the girls the best of luck in their upcoming final at St Andrews.
