President Kennedy School is launching a brand new uniform from September 2012. The new design reflects the school’s aspirational values and incorporates the navy and gold of our new logo and has been selected based on extensive consultation with parents, students and Governors.

The uniform has been expertly modelled by Jake Darlison, Shivani Malhan, Tanya Sahota and Jack Baker. Jake commented “this is a much smarter look, I feel more confident wearing it and it is far more grown up.

The compulsory part of the uniform incorporates a navy blazer with the school logo, the new school tie and white shirt with grey trousers for boys and navy trousers or knee length straight skirt for girls. There is an optional navy cotton jumper with logo for girls and boys and a cardigan with logo for girls.

Tanya Sahota remarked “the new uniform makes you feel proud and it is really comfortable to wear.”

Mrs Matthews, who also appears in the photographs, said “the students look really fantastic”

Special leaflets giving more details about the new uniform will be sent out to all parents and carers next week. MORE DETAILS CAN BE FOUND ON OUR PARENTS' PAGE!
