Jessica Bayton-Timms, her dad Mr Timms and grandad Mr Bayton and Mrs Wilkinson, College Leader present a cheque to Kirstie Nichols from charity Zoë's Place
Students’ led by College Leader Mrs Wilkinson, have worked hard in 2012 to raise a very respectable £500 for local charity Zoë's Place. Zoë's Place offer palliative, respite and terminal care for babies/infants aged from birth to five years old. After spending some time on placement at Sherborne Fields Special School, Jessica Bayton-Timms relayed the importance of the work done by Zoe’s Place to her dad and granddad. Mr Timm’s Jessica’s dad said “We attended an assembly and heard about the fantastic work underway at President Kennedy School. We were so impressed by what we heard, we decided to match the funds raised”. This means that this week we have been able to hand over £1000 to Kirstie Nichols from Zoe’s Place.
