Professional Director Offers Insider Tips

The cast of A Midsummer Night's Dream took part in a workshop with a professional director, Jen Wilson. The cast is due to perform as part of The Shakespeare Schools Festival on Friday, November 20th, and Jen provided great performance tips.

It was a brilliant afternoon where the cast learnt how to land their lines, walk on and off stage with purpose, and use voice projection techniques.

Mrs Arnett said, "The cast was just fabulous. There is a real sense of an ensemble being created, and Jen actually commented on how supportive each of the cast members were. Considering she visits lots of schools as part of this festival, to say that is a real achievement. I can't wait to see how the final performance turns out!"
