Jasmine Stars at The Birmingham Hippodrome

Jasmine Bromfield, Year 13 student at President Kennedy School auditioned out of thousands to gain a place in the production of WEST SIDE STORY at The Birmingham Hippodrome.
The theatre's revival of 'West Side Story' was a centrepiece of the 120th birthday celebrations this summer, creating their first home-grown youth production for the main stage.

This fresh and dynamic re-imagining of one of the most iconic musicals of all time, brought together an incredible cast of young and emerging performers from across the region who were selected from over 1,000 that applied. They worked with a professional, creative team, to bring this timeless story to life.
Watching Jasmine shine on stage was truly wonderful. She gave an outstanding performance surrounded by a cast of talented performers. We are extremely proud of Jasmine's achievements and excited for her future.
