Students Experience the Inner Workings of the New School Build!

Year 7 students Eesha Gupta and William Dillon-Gray had a rare glimpse into the world of construction whilst visiting the new school build on Tuesday.

Carillion Project Manager, Mark Bramley spoke to the students about Carillion overseeing the new school build, the way a site is ran, health and safety aspects, the complex construction of the buildings and the environmental impact on the surrounding areas.

They got to see structural engineer plans as well as how the school will look once completed next year.

Thanks to the schools Operations Director, Mrs Eastaugh (the schools link with Carillion), who organised this exciting opportunity.

More visits will follow as the build continues!
