Students Gain Professional Interview Practice

Over the last two weeks, 15 senior management staff from Barclays Bank have been in school putting 100 Post 16 students through their interview paces. Arranged by the school’s Career’s Professional, Mrs Rawlins students were required to attend interviews dressed appropriately, at allotted times and were subjected to probing questions asked in the bank’s standard procedures. The Barclays staff then provided students with formal written feedback on their interview performance and technique. Mrs Rawlins commented, “the process has been hugely beneficial for our students, many of whom will be attending university and apprenticeship interviews this time next year. I would like to thank the Barclays staff for the time and expertise invested in our students.”
