headteacherI would personally like to thank you for visiting the President Kennedy School website. President Kennedy School is about Building Brighter Futures. We are proud of our “no barriers” approach to education, ensuring children of all abilities and from all backgrounds are encouraged to set high goals and work hard to achieve them.

Our outstanding examination results in 2012 have placed the school in the top 2% nationally for progress.  We are a truly aspirational school with a strong reputation for caring and supporting our students.Over 96% of our parents would recommend our school to another parent (see the results of our 2012 parent survey at the bottom of this page).

  • Year 11 Student Wins National Photography Competition

    Year 11 student photographer Hayden Porter is back with his Banky-inspired ‘PEACE’ collection. Previously Hayden secured first place in both the Coventry area and the West Midlands Rotary International competitions. Having progressed to the national finals Hayden’s work astounded the judges, and he won FIRST PLACE NATIONALLY!!!    

  • Work Starts on Malvern Show Garden

    Green fingered students visited Malvern on Tuesday to start building the garden they have designed for the forthcoming  Malvern spring gardening show. The garden is based on a book called, “The Chicken Gave it To Me” by Anne Fine and is divided into two sides; one which represents freedom and one which represents Harrowing Farm, a battery hen farm. Author Anne Fine has contacted the students to wish them luck at the show. She wrote: “I’m so proud you’ve chosen ‘The Chicken Gave it To Me’ for your theme. Good luck and send me a photo!”

     

  • Maths GCSE Results Exceed Expectations

    Last week many of our year 11 students were celebrating a fantastic set of GCSE Maths results. The second cohort of the year, these results have brought the school’s total to a record breaking 74%
    gaining a grade C or higher; even before our remaining cohort take their exams in June.
